(In Search of One In Six Million)
In a book that I’m writing, I was heavily inspired by the book, Lost: The Search of Six Million by Daniel Mendelsohn. For me, I am always researching and searching for records of the Jewish teens and children that were murdered during the Holocaust. My book entitled One in Six Million is about how I researched ten Jewish teens and children from the Holocaust, where I find records and try to find relatives of theirs to tell us the story of them.
People think it’s an easy thing going through and looking for records of them. Think again. Some of their records are gone, including their birth certificates. Some of their photos are also gone, and only a few remain.
In this book I go through the lives of :
The Wolf Siblings : Kurt, Felicitas and Otto
Tomas Kulka
The Ginz Siblings : Petr and Chava
Moshe Flinker
Renia Spiegel
The Frank Siblings: Margot and Anne
I try to find any kind of records, photos or do any kind of research for them.
I hope this book is professionally published and the world can see who they were .
