“You Will Have Good and Bad Days”
May 4, 2023. I woke up from another weird dream encounter. This time, Margot Frank and Felicitas Wolf Garda asked me to ride bicycles with them. They had a red one picked out just for me. It was a Schwin looking bike. We began riding through what looked like the country. Margot had on a white blouse, red cardigan and a blue skirt. She had on white socks- saddle shoes and glasses. Felicitas had on a white blouse- a grey blazer and a grey skirt. Her shoes like Mary Janes almost. Margot said, “Come on Kate! We have much to talk about!” I got on the bicycle and we started riding. “My what a lovely day!” Margot said. “I would have to agree Margot,” Felicitas replied.
“Kate, how is your writing going?” Margot asked. I didn’t realize they’d include me in their conversations.
“My writing is going well,” I said.
“Well, I hope you complete that novel of yours,” Margot said.
“I’m working on a second version of a novel I’ve worked on,” I said. We continued writing. The women looked at me.
“You’ll be alright Kate- it’s just a bump in the road,” Felicitas said. I nodded.
I smiled Shyly at them. I knew these women would cheer me up. We rode until we reached a tunnel. “In life Kate, you will find that days can be good or bad. They can’t be happy all the time,” Margot said. I nodded.
“That includes your head- there are going to be good and bad days- not everything can be perfect. You’ll do great at work- they’ll love you,” Margot said.
I tried not to think about it.
“Going back to where you were, will happen occasionally Kate. Your brain was meant for that, it’s nobody’s fault, it just happens. The best thing you can do is try to remember the good days when the bad days happen. Sometimes, you wonder if you send a message and no one replies, they will see it, but in your mind, you think they don’t want anything to do with you. Not everyone is like you and can reply at an instant. Some people are going through their own problems, but if they do love you, believe me, they will show it and they will make sure you are loved. It’s like when you felt like no one would care if you died. If you died, so many people, at least the ones that mattered, will have this hole in their heart that has your name on it, and they can’t get you back. You’ll be stuck,” Margot said. I’ve heard something along these lines before when I was really in a bad place and it took my late friend Gloria Jean and her friend, Deanna Durbin to literally beg me from not doing anything to myself. They knew I’ve been working really hard on myself to be positive and try to have a happy mind.
November 2022 was a shit show and I know that they knew that.
They both rode into the tunnel, but I heard my alarm go off.
I know they are looking out for me, and sometimes we have to have the dead tell us what’s in front of us.
